Creating Schedules for the Project using Project Management tools such as Primavera.

Monitors Projects Schedule Analysis and Studies Problem Areas to Determine the Criticality of Scheduled Activities, to ensure a thorough understanding of project-specific risk and Recommend Alternatives for Schedule Improvement to the Project Team for Discussion and/or Decision.
